Factoring Services Update

On 31st March 2026, Indigo Square sold its Property Factoring Division to Park Property Management

As part of this transfer, all factoring instructions, records, files and client account information transferred to Park Property Management, along with the factoring team including Andrew Sinclair, Scott Nicholl and Val West.
